As a turn-key EPC project, Gulshan 132kV Substation Project in Bengal is undertaken by CNEEC. As the first 132kV GIS substation as well as the first one with automatic system in Bengal, this substation started its construction work in October, 2005 and was successfully put into operation in May, 2007.
